What are the dimensions of your neckties?
Every George Neale necktie measures 148.5cm in length and 9.5cm width at the blade, designed as one size to suit most builds and knot styles.
What materials are your neckties made from?
Every tie is crafted from 100% pure woven silk, chosen for the luxurious look and feel it brings to every knot — a quality you notice the moment you put one on.
Is each design available in limited quantities?
Yes. Rather than mass-producing our designs like many tie suppliers, we produce each pattern in small runs. When you choose a George Neale tie, you can feel confident you're wearing something genuinely unique, not something thousands of other people already own.
Are all tie patterns exact to the photograph?
Simple, repeating designs, such as polka dots, are replicated consistently across every tie. However, some of our more intricate patterns and motifs are positioned slightly from tie to tie. We take an eco-conscious approach to how we cut our silk, making full use of each length of fabric rather than discarding the offcuts. This means every tie is a genuine one of a kind, and choosing one means choosing a piece made with less waste and a little more thought.
Gifting
Does the tie arrive in gift-ready packaging?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
Shipping & delivery
How quickly will my order be dispatched, and do you deliver internationally?
We're based in London, UK, and ship internationally. UK orders typically arrive within 3 to 5 working days, while international orders usually take 7 to 14 working days depending on location. Please note these are estimates and can occasionally be affected by customs or local postal services.
How much is standard shipping? Do you offer express delivery?
All orders include free international standard delivery. If you'd like your order sent via DHL express, get in touch and we'll be happy to provide a quote — express shipping carries an additional cost on top of your order.
Returns & refunds
What is your returns policy?
If you've changed your mind or your tie isn't quite right, just get in touch within 30 calendar days of placing your order and we'll sort out the best resolution for you. Original packaging isn't required; we simply ask that the tie is returned in secure, resalable condition. We're happy to offer either store credit or a refund to your original payment method. Please note a small deduction may apply to cover return postage costs.
